Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and squeen66 ("squeen66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at squeen66.cam ("the Website").

Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement. Unless the context requires otherwise, these definitions shall apply consistently across all sections.

Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an Account on squeen66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. squeen66 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point, including at the time of withdrawal.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use squeen66. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced. squeen66 operates on an internationally adopted minimum gambling age standard that sets the threshold at 21 years. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on squeen66. The creation of duplicate, multi-accounting, or proxy accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Players are required to update their information promptly if it changes. squeen66 shall not be liable for any delays or losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.4 Jurisdiction

By registering, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction, and that you access squeen66 entirely at your own risk and volition. squeen66 does not warrant that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction outside of the jurisdictions it actively serves. Players are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gaming in their location.

Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account on squeen66, you must complete the registration form by providing your full name, a valid mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a secure password. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and belongs to you personally.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. squeen66 shall not be responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify squeen66 immediately through our 24/7 support channels. squeen66 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification

squeen66 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Players may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a government-issued identification document (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed or at any point squeen66 deems necessary. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting squeen66 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in the Account that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigation will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only

Your squeen66 Account is strictly for your personal use only. The Account must not be used to place bets on behalf of a third party, to operate any form of commercial betting service, or to facilitate any activity that falls outside the scope of personal recreational gaming.

5.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the squeen66 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and game content — is the exclusive property of squeen66 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from squeen66 is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Platform Availability

squeen66 endeavours to maintain platform availability at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. squeen66 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

5.4 Game Rules

All games available on the squeen66 platform — including live casino games, slot titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between the general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay outcomes. squeen66 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in which a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure has materially affected the outcome.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

squeen66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed at the time of transaction.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited to your squeen66 Account immediately upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers via FPX may take between 5 to 10 minutes. Cash-based and cryptocurrency deposits may take between 15 and 30 minutes. All stated processing times are estimates and may vary subject to third-party payment provider timelines.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by squeen66's payments team on a rolling basis. Standard withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. Withdrawals for accounts pending KYC verification may be subject to extended processing times pending the completion of identity checks. squeen66 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances on squeen66 are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency holdings. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Player. squeen66 uses prevailing market exchange rates at the time of transaction for any necessary currency conversions.

6.5 Funds Ownership

You may only deposit funds into your squeen66 Account using payment methods that are registered in your own name. squeen66 prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Any Account found to be using payment methods belonging to a different individual will be subject to immediate suspension and investigation, and withdrawals will be withheld pending satisfactory resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards offered by squeen66 are subject to specific terms and conditions that accompany each individual offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before claiming it. squeen66 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion and are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a RM 100 bonus means RM 2,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted). Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirement fulfilment, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

squeen66 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using coordinated accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, placing low-risk bets solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation in gaming activity, and any other strategy deemed by squeen66 to constitute fraudulent exploitation of promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.

7.4 Referral Bonuses

squeen66's referral programme entitles referring Players to earn rewards when eligible friends register and make a qualifying deposit. Both the referring and referred Player must comply with these Terms. Referral bonuses may not be claimed using duplicate accounts, and self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the squeen66 platform are subject to acceptance by squeen66 at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed upon receipt of a system-generated confirmation message and the assignment of a unique bet reference number. squeen66 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.

8.2 Sports Betting

squeen66 offers a sportsbook covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, Formula 1, tennis, basketball, esports, and other markets. All sports bets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies or official broadcast sources. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, squeen66's determination — based on official sources — shall be final.

8.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted during active play and are subject to real-time odds that may change rapidly. squeen66 is not responsible for any delay between the events occurring and odds updates displayed. Bets accepted before odds are updated remain valid at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, subject to standard settlement rules.

8.4 Voided Bets

squeen66 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: an event is abandoned or does not take place on the scheduled date; a data feed error results in incorrect odds being offered; a software malfunction affects the display or acceptance of bets; or any other circumstance beyond squeen66's reasonable control that materially affects the outcome of a bet. Voided bets are settled at the original stake, which is returned to the Player's Account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the squeen66 platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information;
• Money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform for any criminal purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the Platform's security;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing squeen66 staff or other Players;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting known bugs must be reported immediately and are subject to voiding.

Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by squeen66

squeen66 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: suspected fraud, identity verification failure, bonus abuse, breach of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 9, or any other activity that squeen66 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

10.2 Consequences of Closure

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, squeen66 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent conduct is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no misconduct is found upon investigation, verified balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. squeen66 will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

10.3 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time for any reason by contacting squeen66 support. Closures requested for responsible gambling purposes (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately and will be subject to the Platform's self-exclusion protocols, including suspension of all promotional communications and re-entry cooling periods.

Limitation of Liability

squeen66 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, squeen66 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

squeen66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any loss of funds resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform; any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account; any technical failure, internet connectivity issue, or service interruption; or any loss of winnings resulting from a voided bet under the circumstances described in Section 8.4.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit squeen66's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

squeen66's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

squeen66 is committed to protecting the personal data of its Players in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data is governed by the squeen66 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of this Agreement.

By creating an Account, you consent to squeen66 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. You retain the right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting squeen66 support.

Responsible Gambling

squeen66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who wish to apply responsible gambling controls to their Account should contact our 24/7 support team or visit the Responsible Gambling page. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and permanently restrict Account access for the selected duration. Requests to reduce deposit limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits require a mandatory 7-day cooling period.

Amendments to These Terms

squeen66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to the Terms will be notified to Players through a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the Account. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the squeen66 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. squeen66 recommends checking this page whenever you access the Platform after a period of absence.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the squeen66 Platform. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and squeen66, the Player should first contact squeen66's customer support team, providing full details of the complaint and any supporting documentation. squeen66 will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 2 business days and will endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal channels, squeen66 will advise on available escalation pathways.

15.3 Final Decisions

In all matters relating to the interpretation of game rules, the settlement of bets, the calculation of winnings, and the application of these Terms, squeen66's decision shall be final and binding, provided that it has been reached in good faith and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
